How your information is stored
All personal data is stored securely. Digital records are stored on password-protected devices. Documents are encrypted or stored within secure cloud services. Paper records (if used) are kept in locked storage. Only Thea Morris has access to all assessment and tuition records. Assessment records and reports are normally retained for 7 years after the final service date.
